That is why they have been used for thousands of years as an aid to meditation and are one of the best ways to relieve stress, tension, anger, and anxiety.The same could be said of flowers. They are one of the quickest natural stress relievers around. This activity book is for all ages. It can be a coloring book for youngsters, or an anxiety or stress-reducer for young or older adults. Coloring brings your mind to the task at hand. It is a fun way to relax, put your cares and trouble aside for a little while, and focus on coloring one of my 60 mandalas. Erasable colored pencils or watercolor pencils work best. If you are using watercolor pencils, I suggest putting a sheet of thicker paper perhaps wax paper underneath the page so the paint does not bleed through to the next page. Then, just a drop of water and a thin fine art brush and you will smooth out the colors.I don't recommend colored felt markers. Try one first on a corner of the page and see if any ink comes through.Have fun. Set life's problems and worries aside as you relax and enjoy making these delightful and intricate designs your own.
