Jeremie Bouchard's life has been a patchwork quilt of unexpected gains and crushing losses. In spite of it all, Jeremie and Raelyn realize that his daughter, Nadia, and Raelyn's daughter, Lynn, are the true future of the world, even though their parents might not live to see that world. Whatever happens, though, Jeremie wants Raelyn to know that she is the love of his life, and he doesn't care who hears him say it anymore.
