In fact, you will Shine Author Deborah Presnell, M.A.Ed, has worked with both high school and college-aged women for over 30 years. She is a published author, national speaker and workshop presenter, co-founder of Shine Ministries, and a partner in the Polished Conference. In addition, she teaches Bible study and sign language classes, has an online prayer/Bible study page on Facebook, and blogs at Living Life Together. Debbie and her husband, Alan, have two daughters and one son.
