Publisher Description: It's springtime on the small croft in Scotland where Archie, a spoiled ginger cat, and his mischievous little brother, Wee Toots live. Suddenly they find that their quiet life is interrupted with the arrival of the new spring lambs and an unexpected guest. Archie doesn't like sheep and is horrified to find a small black Hebridean lamb, in their kitchen. Wee Toots finds himself getting into all kinds of trouble when he befriends the little lamb and after a very close encounter with the eagle, he learns a valuable lesson about paying attention when outside, no matter how much fun he is having. Archie also has a lesson to learn and he realises that he was wrong about sheep and he shouldn't judge someone on first appearances. |
