The actual teaching of sex in our society appears to be lacking at many levels, resulting in a lack of information or, even worse yet, misinformation. With that, some basic principles and facts are described in the book; however, other aspects of the book cover little know facts about sex and sexuality, some of which are "unique" and, as such, provide even more insights into the sexual process. The book can serve as an educational tool, but importantly, also as a practical guide to knowing what works, what does not work and possible efforts as to "what to try" to improve one's sexual experiences. As such, the readers should include both the younger and older generations, as the former group learns about sex, and the latter group expands their existing knowledge about sex. In both cases, it is hoped that the book will provide valuable information that the groups can use to have a fulfilling sex life as well as to educate their children in meaningful ways.
