Publisher Description:
"Three for the Money", is the second of the four sequential, period, mystery adventure novels. They are a chronologically set series, starting in1936 with "One for the Show"; 1948 Three for the Money";, 1950"Four to Get Ready", and 1958"TWO to GO". They are liberally laced with violence, sex, nostalgia and a lot of laughs. It's written in the first person, in visual terms, because the author enjoys it that way. It's much more difficult but also considerably more rewarding with the personal added effect. This novel is matched to the '40s period with several flashbacks with weird, echoing sound effects. The story is a classic murder mystery with great rave reviews, For example; Terrance P. Ayrault; is currently a professional movie producer, Director, writer, etcetera. I would call "Three for the Money" a real page turner but I read it electronically and there were no pages to turn. Either way, it captivated me like a classic caper, keeping me in suspense while entertaining me all along the way with colorful language and snappy dialogue that helped set each scene in this post-WWll piece. If you like crime novels, this one rivals the works of Spillane, Tey and Christie-but does it in half the time. It's a real romp around the world and a craftily-woven work of genius that kept me guessing until the end. Miller's grasp of the era and the cadence of his dialogue make this frolic extremely fun to read and left me wanting more. "Four to Get Ready". -Terrence P. Ayrault "Yo" Thanks for spending your time with me. One for the Money is in the final proof mode. Am patiently waiting for delivery of the book so I can give my final approval, prior to going on sale world wide. "Two to Go" is finished and approved but I still needs to get the page numbering off the manuscript, not a big deal but for some reason my computer won't do it. "Three for the Money" is nearing completion. Manuscript and cover is a no issue situation and won't take much to complete. "Four to Get ready is in the beginning stage. I will keep you posted on my site when they are each completed, reviewed and proofed for World wide distribution. That can take a bit of time This novel has become the most popular, probably because it was a copyright in 1994 Thank you everyone. I'd definitely enjoy your feedback. My best regards. ... Richard PS; by the way, I do it all. I write it, published it on MP3 discs, I narrated it with the many voices of R. R. Miller and also painted the covers. Now, I'd like to sell it to you
