Publisher Description:
This is my attempt to articulate the incomprehensible. To be creative with those things the Apostle Paul described as "unspeakable" and difficult for our finite minds to wrap around. This is my story of faith. Of struggle and transformation. Of discovery and heartache. Of learning the beauty of grace and how it makes you free to finally enjoy God and enjoy yourself forever. Excerpt: "So...where do I go from here? After learning all this, after hearing all this...what do I do with it? I'm not sure I completely understand it all. A lot of it is still a blur to me. I'm not sure where to go from here." Addali rests his head back against the rocking chair and reaches for his wine. "And where is it that you're trying to go?" Enoch sat with his chin resting on his hand. His elbow resting on the arm of the rocker. He sat still. His eyes knew Addali. He loved him. "I just want to be so close to God. I just want to never feel distant and apart from him. I'll do whatever. I'll believe whatever. I just want him and his truth. That's it " Addali was never more honest, and he surprised himself with his transparency. He held back tears with fervor. Enoch blinked twice. He responded, "It's interesting to hear that you still think there's somewhere to go. Addali, haven't you known? There is no distance or difference between Jesus and humanity. Once Jesus became man, he has been and always will be man. Not merely a man, but, mankind. When we say Jesus, we must mean to say humanity." Addali was overwhelmed at what he had just heard. He looked over at Enoch, speechless. Enoch added from his own curiosity, "I wonder what will change for you now?"
