Publisher Description:

What if you could see the future?

When Jenna Stevens suddenly inherits the gift of VisionSight, she discovers seeing the future doesn't mean you can change someone's destiny. Even if that destiny is filled of heartache.

Her strange clairvoyance only happens when she looks into her loved ones' eyes. So she puts the brakes on a budding romance, gives her best friend the cold shoulder and distances herself from her family, throwing herself instead into her acting career and the arms of a young director she's not too sure of.

VisionSight is the story of a young woman's search for courage as she tries to help the people she loves. Can Jenna save anyone from The Fates? Can she ever give love a chance? A heartfelt novel of secrets and unexpected love.

Magical Realism & Contemporary Women's Fiction.

Contributor Bio(s): Lacy, Connie: - Connie Lacy worked for many years as a radio reporter and news anchor, after dabbling in acting in college and community theater. Those experiences show up in some of her novels. Her passion for human rights prompted her to write "A Daffodil for Angie," a historical novel set in the 1960s. Her interest in climate change led her to imagine a not-too-distant future when oceans have risen fifteen feet. That's the backdrop for "The Shade Ring Trilogy." And her fascination with time travel and the paranormal are on display in "The Time Telephone" and "VisionSight: a Novel." Growing up, she lived in Japan and Okinawa where her Army dad was stationed. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a degree in Journalism and Creative Writing. She and her husband live in Atlanta.
