The Reading Warehouse

This book is filled with affirmations for children of color who are often plagued with insecurities and confusion with life's trials. It provides the opportunity for hope, restoration, and positive changes in a young person's life. Every entry targets an issue with which our pre-teenagers and teenagers struggle, such as self-love, skin color, hair, the male figure's absence in the home, and other social issues. These issues are woven in a language of rhythm and poetry. Each entry concludes with opportunity for revival, hope, and transformation.
