Contributor Bio(s): Wyrick, Monica: - Monica Wyrick is a lifelong artist with a great eye for detail, color and whimsy. Her love for the history, tradition and craftsmanship of the Celts led her to create her own line of artwork. The stylized features of the ancient Book of Kells, along with the unique stories of the lives of the saints, serve as inspiration for the pieces. She is also a seasoned studio artist and children's book illustrator. Among her titles and workbooks, she has illustrated two titles for Audrey Penn, and several books for Young Palmetto Books. Monica lives in New Mexico with her husband, three children and a variety of pets.Sickles, Peyton: - Peyton Sickles is a photographer specializing in portraiture, landscape and architecture. His work is a fine balance between digital and film (with a focus on 4x5 and Full Frame). He was a 2018 National Geographic Travel Photographer of The Year Finalist. He is a visual storyteller focusing on finding elements that connect people.Dozier, Dolly: - Dolly Dozier figured out early in life that having a good book meant never being bored. As a result, her fanciful mind, along with her love of storytelling, have given her wings to do, well ... anything. Before she started writing books for young readers, she had a very interesting career in advertising and the performing arts.
