Publisher Description: Neville wrote his poetry about his life his hardships and his loves. Neville Brannock was born in Gundagai in a working class environment in 1926. He grew up through The Great Depression, and went to war in WW2 as a teenager. He worked variously as a house painter, journalist, fruit picker and others and has always been interested in the arts. He put on many plays in country towns just for the fun of it. His tenor voice was always heard in his house and he taught Judo to children for many years. He is retired now in Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast |
