The subject matter has many unknowns for first-timers and the book will address the majority of these questions, providing enough information and comfort for the reader to confidently consider, plan and complete a trip. The book should inspire, enthuse, invigorate and at the very least, tempt the reader into considering the possibility of an adventure, albeit for some this will take place from the comfort of an armchair, with the book firmly in hand.
