Contributor Bio(s): Nadar, Suganthi: - Suganthi Nadar; wife, mother, homemaker, is the president and CEO of Tamilunlimited; an e-learning company, that teaches the ancient language Tamil online. She also writes and illustrates children's books. She has over three years of experience in design and development of print and web materials. She has experiences in creating E-learning content using adobe captivate and Articulate storyboard. She has published educational you tube videos for Tamil. She holds a master degree in learning technologies. She is an instructional designer and developer as well. She is an author of five Tamil novels and has also written two novels in English. All her stories are in the process of becoming self published e-books, ready for sale through Google books. She has written numerous short stories for children as well as stories for adults in Tamil. Apart from being a writer and an illustrator, Mrs. Nadar has managed and codeveloped the Tamilunltd, an e-learning website. Currently she has finished the second phase of the website with interactive grammar lessons. She also created HTML Rebus Stories to make the content fun for young readers. It includes creating a graphic identity for her website. To market her e-learning site, Suganthi is developing another website for women called anitham.com. She will sell her e-books and t-shirt designs through her site. Apart from working on her own projects, Mrs. Nadar has helped create content for two other Tamil websites, namely Nilacharal and Mazhalaigal. Recently she has made an audio presentation about self-help in Tamil for blind people in Chennai, India. She is a current student in Harrisburg University. She will be graduating in July 2015 as a learning technology specialist. She is planning on spreading her technology skills to teachers in Tamil Nadu, India, Malasiya, Singapore and South Africa where Tamil is recognized as an official language. She is also developing online Tamil courses for Grade 1 to 12. Her deep rooted affection for her language and culture has been the driving force behind Suganthi's accomplishments. She believes in giving back to the community. As a student at HACC (Central Pennsylvania's community college) she volunteered her time as a lab monitor in the web design and development program. She was a board member of the Fredricksen Library of Camp Hill. She had also volunteered in Parent Teacher Organization of her daughter's school. Reading, writing, photography and walking gives Suganthi her positive energy to stay focused and inspire others. Before reinventing herself in USA as a CEO, a developer, a designer, a writer and as an artist Suganthi was an attorney practicing labor law and civil matters for women in India.
