Her books have been nominated for awards such as the prestigious Governor General Literary Award 2014, and she recently received the APALA 2015 Award for best picture book.

Stiegemeyer, Julie: - Julie Stiegemeyer has authored more than twenty books for children. She has also written for magazines, newspapers, and devotional books.
