She earned a 15th place finish at the 2007 Chicago Marathon and won the 2010 Indianapolis Monumental Marathon with a personal record of 2:45:26. Dikos aims to empower runners through simple fueling strategies in an effort to maximize the achievement of health, performance, and overall quality of life goals. She lives in Westfield, Indiana.
